Every time I come here the food and the hookah is amazing. Also the service is amazing and especially the staff. I would highly recommend that you come and try the place. It's amazing and it is very worth it. The environment there is amazing and really nice.

We were looking for kunefe while in Pacifica, and this place came up. Wow, we ended up ordering lamb kebab plate and chicken kebab plate. Hussein, (great chef and service runner) was preparing the fresh rice, so he served us free walnut in-house made baklava. What a treat! Then we got the kebab plates: babaganush, humus, pickled red cabbage, roasted tomatoes, rice and 2 generous kebabs. And then the freshly made kunefe, and hot tea arrived. Do yourself a favor, and despite the location (end of bus stop), come by and enjoy their great food and deserts! My husband and I are fully satisfied! Well done, Lava!

This place blew me out the water, food was amazing, fresh, quick, and the service was top notch. Extremely friendly people, such a comfy environment. No doubt I will be coming back whenever I want to smoke hookah and eat amazing food.

I get off work late so there's limited options. Luckily, I found out that this restaurant has late night food available. I ordered the grilled kofte kebab and my friend ordered the hummus with bread. The meat had the perfect crisp and flavor, and the bread, rice, hummus, onions, pickled cabbage, jalapeños and grilled vegetables were perfectly paired with it. We sat in the lounge area and it was so cute. There are neon signs and textured wall perfect for taking pictures in. Husain and his coworker were so kind to us. He gave us complimentary baklava. I'll be coming back soon knowing that I can have amazing food after work.

We did take out from here a few nights ago. Great quality, flavorful proteins - chicken, beef, lamb - and tender. Super tender. Quality ingredient = quality offering. Prices are absolutely reasonable especially given the high quality and expertise. Each of our plates had hummus and really good baba ganoush. Some roasted chili, cups of tahini and harissa, as well as warmed pita. A couple of baklavas were great, in fact the chocolate one was freakin crazy. Like food orgasm good. Sorry. But YOU try it and tell me I'm wrong. 5 stars

If you're a hooka lover and looking for a great service this is definitely a place to go to !! I came a few months ago and they didn't disappoint me when I visited today , in fact I can tell the place is growing and getting better.. they absolutely deserve the 5 stars !

We dropped by only to have a quick late meal, so this review is for their food and not hookah. We were the only ones dining at their eatery, but the hookah area sounded busy. You place your order up front and they will serve your order when it's ready. ***OUR PICKS*** HOUSE SALAD WITH LAMB & BEEF SHAWARMA ~ Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, red cabbage. Decent portion for a salad, but meat was a bit dry. For $11, I'm not complaining! It filled me up and that's all I needed. 4/5 BABA'S MIXED GRILL ~ Adana chicken, shish-kofte, lamb shish, lamb & beef shawarma served with house bread, hummus, rice and salad. Chicken, lamb shish, shish-kofte were flavorful and tender. The shawarma meat was the same as the one in my salad, so it was dry. However, the rest of the plate was very good! 4/5 I believe they have two menus. One for hookah lounge area and one for their dining area (shish-ke-baba), because their prices are a little different. It's a bit confusing, but roughly the same prices, plus or minus a dollar. This is a no frills, semi-fast food type of spot. There's not much regarding table service, but it's a clean place to grab a quick bite or to take food to go. It fit the bill for us, so it was perfect!

This place just opened, so be patient as they are trying to serve you as best as they can. The food is really amazing and big portions! I love the variety of ingredients they use in each dish. They have so much variety with drinks. I recommend the mint drink and baklava. What's cool is that you can also hookah here. Hookah and eat?! Say no more. The interior has just a nice vibe. There's lots of seating. I would come back with friends to eat and hookah.

This spot opened up last night and I am glad I decided to give it a try. Hookah and food 10/10 and their desserts are also 10/10 which is rare since they are usually made differently at each place. Loved it! Can't wait to come back again!

This is the best hookah lounge in CA. I used to drive to LA once a month to experience an indoor cozy atmosphere with authentic Arabic food and once this place opened up there was no need for me to go to SoCal anymore or Vegas. Joe the owner is a very nice person he always checks in on all his customers frequently: The best hookah; now they've got their own brand for hookah it's unlike anything else. Bowl here lasts forever and doesn't lose flavor quick like anywhere else. I am one of those people that really care about comfort the couches are estremwly comfortable and you can sit on them for hours. They have the best... I'm gonna paraphrase that. THE BEST HUMMUS AND SHAWARMA IVE EVER HAD. Nothing comes close to it. Please don't hesitate to come here the people that work here sincerely care about you unlike other places you will spend triple and no one cares. This is the best spot! 10/10!
